Tracking site says my package is on hold for Custom clearance, do you deal with Customs?
All our shipments have cleared customs. In any case, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is allowed in their respective Countries. We will not be responsible and will not be liable for damaged shipments and for any delivery delays due to custom clearance, local mail problems, holiday rush or other unforeseen causes whether man made or acts of nature.
How can I track my order?
We will email your tracking number as soon as your item ships. We will also give the tracking site so you can follow your package online.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Items might be shipped from our Illinois location via USPS. All confirmed payments made before 3 pm CDT will be shipped the same day.
Items could also be shipped from our Overseas location via International Express delivery. We ship 7 days a week, anytime of the day.
We send the package tracking number as soon as they ships out so customers can follow their orders online.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Items shipped from Illinois usually takes 2-9 days via USPS.
Shipping from our Overseas location (International Express Delivery) usually takes 7-10 working days.
